Rocky Mountain Realty is happy to announce that it is expanding and opening an office in Canon City. Suzy Lucero and Shawn Martinez have announced with the success of their Pueblo office they are expanding to Canon City and Fremont County. Dena Stevens 719 369-9087 is the first local agent to join Rocky Mountain Realty..

We felt it was time for a new kind of Real Estate Company. We are locally owned and operated, so earned profits stay in our local community, not sent to another state. We strive to use local business whenever possible. Since we are not a franchised company, we have the freedom to implement new ideas and strategies.

Negotiations for office space are in the works and will be announced soon.

Specialties: A client once said “you put the ‘real’ into REALTOR” to me. I took it as a complement and I’ve been using it ever since, I’m a no nonsense kind of person. I’ve been helping people buy and sell real estate since 2004.

The Fair Housing Act is a federal act in the United States intended to protect the buyer or renter of a dwelling from seller or landlord discrimination. Its primary prohibition makes it unlawful to refuse to sell, rent to, or negotiate with any person because of that person’s inclusion in a protected class.
