My office is running out of listings! We have more buyers than we have properties to sell. And properties are selling between 95% – 98% on average of asking price.

  1. Yay! So glad to hear the market is picking up. Things have been really steady here in Central Texas. Same types of property are popular but people are more interested in mineral rights than water rights!
