A recent question emailed to me prompted this video. Yes, you can live in an RV in Pueblo West while your new home is being built. Your Pueblo West builder has 180 days or 6 months to complete your house and that’s how long you can stay in your RV. Ask your builder to put in RV hook ups for you right away so you don’t have to worry about water or sewage.
As you watch your house going up remember you paid the builder to built it for you, don’t get under foot. You aren’t a contractor and are not insured in case of an accident. And let the builder do his job! You may notice little changes you want made, but those changes come with change orders and those cost money! So observe the house going up, but let your builder do his / her job.
