If you or somebody you know has land they want to sell – I have buyers! Several buyers have contacted me requested land with the following requirements:

  • Must NOT be currently listed for sale with an agent / REALTOR/ or listing office
  • $200-$400 an acre
  • The land must be between 3-40 Acres
  • Has power on the property or near by
  • Has access to water, either well or irrigation and can sell or transfer the rights
  • Easy access to major roads
  • Privacy preferred
  • Within 10-20 minutes from Pueblo and or I-25 area (Pueblo County)
