Girl Scouts to Invade Canon City
Hundreds of Girl Scouts plan on invading Canon City the weekend of May 13 – May 14, 2011. And I think that’s just great! They will be crossing the Royal Gorge Bridge as part of their ceremonies. A REALTOR living in Fremont County Colorado
This week, so far, has been a wild and wooley one in Fremont County, at least for me. Last weekend was the Apple Blossom Festival in Canon City. The town doubles in size with visitors – and we love it! Monday I had a closing on a small 2.5 acre vacant land parcel and Weds I had a closing on a large ranch and house and inbetween was a tour of homes. Real Estate, Gun Collections and Barf Bags
So what do real estate, gun collections and barf bags have in common? If your are a real estate agent in Pueblo or Southern Colorado you have probably seen some unusual collections while showing property. Everything from gun collections to antique farm equipment to Bronco football pins. Your collections of cook books, John Elway memorabilia, vintage televisions (or what ever) are not going to help you sell your property. In some cases you can offend a potential buyer.
