Cheap Mountain Land!

Cheap Mountain land or at least  affordable and for most folks (under $10,000). Just up the hill from Canon City is the area known as Cotopaxi, Aspen Acres, Florida / Colorado Acres, Texas Creek and a few others. Usually 2.5 acre parcels but some times 5 acres or even a few odd acres, these are mostly tree covered and many have mountain views.

If you are looking to get away from it all, a weekend retreat, a new home, a hunting spot or just to say you own some mountain property this area might have what you’re looking for.
