Fremont County and the Royal Gorge area had 9 residential ranches of 35 acres or more sell between January1  and May 30, 2011. The highest sold for $850,000 and the lowest for $137,500.  The average days on the market (DOM) was 244. Most sold for between 88.18% – 90.8% of asking price. One obvious exception was one ranch that sold for 56.65% of asking price.
