Here many people winterize their vacation homes to keep costs down when not using them...so buyers are shocked at how chilly it can be inside! I always advise my sellers to hire someone to make sure that driveways and walkways are cleared of snow during the winter - buyers who are cold and have wet feet are not going to be in very good moods! :) Very good advice.
