  1. How far are the utilities or could you build on this property? I think the views are spectacular. Owner terms are hard to find in our area – how far off a paved road is this? Is there access in the winter?

  2. Dena Stevens says:

Thank you for your questions! The utilites are at the road and the property is buildable. This property is a few miles off a praved road, but that cuts down on traffic and adds to the privacy. The access in the winter would be up to the owner. A truck with a shovel, four wheel drive and other equipment would be important to have to live in this area full time.

  3. Bonny Colton says:

What’s the price and terms Dena?

  4. Dena Stevens says:

(July 2010) The seller is asking $9800 the terms are negotiable.

  5. Ben says:

Hi I have been looking for property for some time now how negotiable is the price?
    Is this a subdivision?
    Are there any yearly fees?
How has it been for sale?
Can we build what we want on the property?

  6. Dena Stevens says:

Only the seller can tell you what he / she will accept on price. Everything in life is negotiable, how flexable is another question. You will only find out what the seller is willing to do if you write an offer. There is no subdivision, to the best of my knowledge. Yearly fees? Just property taxes. And you will have to contact Fremont County Building department for rules and restrictions on building. There is no HOA for this property.

I just noticed when this property was posted. Don’t suppose it’s still available is it?

  8. Wanda, this property is no longer available. But if you contact me directly I’ll put you on a mailing list. You’ll be sent other similar properties in the area as they become available – no charge or obligation. Just email me and I’ll do what I can.
