What is the price and terms? also what is the lot no. and unit no. and does it have horse privilages Thanks, Jim

  2. Dena Stevens says:

    Thanks for asking Jim,
The seller is asking $16,000 Cash or Conventional. And I do believe you can have a limited number of horses.

  3. Jim says:

I was wondering if any utilities are nearby and if there are any restricting covenants?

  4. Dena Stevens says:

The water is at the property line and the electric is on the edge of the property. You may need to bring in a propane tank. The building restrictions are limited to the county codes, to the best of my knowledge. The are wide array of many types of building styles on Navajo Ranch from the simple to the complex. Navajo Ranch is far from being built out. This lot has no neighbors on either side and none across the street. It’s a wonderful opportunity for somebody who wants to build their dream home, be close to Nathrop State Park, Walsenburg, La Veta and enjoy views of Colorado everyday.

  5. Nice listing Dena. I remember Navajo Ranch! We had friends who had relatives with a large ranch in the area nearby and we used to go round up their cattle with them.

  6. Vera Karasik says:

Dena, My ex husband and I purchased a property at Navajo Ranch,
28 years ago. It is lot 177. I contacted a realtor up here in Arvada and he stated that the value could be from $40,000 to $300,000. Because you are familiar with the area I would like your opinion. Could you give me some information or would I need to meet with you?

  7. Vera, Thank you for your comment. But I believe you’d be best served by an agent in Walsenburg or Trinidad CO. Best wishes for a speedy sale!
