Did you know that referrals for both buyers and sellers are a big part of my business? It’s true, I can set you up with agents all over the country to help you purchase or market your property.

And it does not have to be referrals to other states sometimes it’s to neighboring counties or in a few cases to agents right here in Fremont County, Canon City, Florence, Penrose to agents who might be a better fit for you and your circumstances. I have contacts in so many states and areas within those states. From Maine to Miami to parts of Texas to San Diego up to Bend and Vancouver even a couple in Canada, down to Buffalo and Manhattan. Some of my contacts are strong commercial agents, most are residential agents and some are land specialists. A few are condo guys and the NYC apartments – yep I’ve got an agent for those too. So if you need assistance finding an agent to help you sell your property or to purchase contact me! I’m not going to the yellow pages or searching online these are real estate relationships that have grown for years.

These are real estate agents I have a relationship with and can call when need them. I’m happy to help. And by the way, they call me too!

The Fair Housing Act is a federal act in the United States intended to protect the buyer or renter of a dwelling from seller or landlord discrimination. Its primary prohibition makes it unlawful to refuse to sell, rent to, or negotiate with any person because of that person’s inclusion in a protected class.
