The Arkansas River Walk in Canon City

The Arkansas River Walk in Canon City is several miles of maintained walking path between 9th Street and McKenzie Ave. The Arkansas river walk is used by area residents year round to bike, hike, ride your horse, walk the dog, fish and photograph. If you watch the Arkansas river you may see people float or paddle by in tubes, canoes and kayaks. The mountain views from the center of town are well worth your time. Enjoy the cool water of the river and say hi as you pass your neighbors.
