New agents ask me all the time about my “tool bag.” In it is all the stuff I’ve found that I need from time to time. Because I work with both buyers and sellers that are sometimes way out of town, it’s easier to be prepared – just in case. Please feel free to give your suggestions and I’ll add them to the list.
