The truth is I didn’t chose real estate it chose me! Sounds a little goofy to you, ya me too!

My mother was a real estate agent and I was her first customer. Neither of us had much of a clue. But by the time it was said and done I got a heck of a deal on my first property! How good? The regional HUD guy came to my closing, the first time he had done that in 20+ years in the business! And by the time I sold that property I doubled my money!

Years later a friend noticed my enthusiasm for real estate and told me I should go get my license. After some thought and his promise to help me I did just that – got my real estate license!

My first client knew she was my first client, she wanted to be my fist client. So she allowed me to stumble, fall and ultimately get the job done. Since then I’ve met some fantastic people and a few frogs. I’ve gotten to play investigator, see some great and not some great properties and have had a ball doing it!
